Joseph's Tea Room Clearwater, FL – Elegant Afternoon Tea & Delightful Pastries

My mom suggested this place for a belated Mother's day celebration because my SO and I had to work the day of. It's a cute place and we felt so fancy. We did the Afternoon Tea experience. The food and tea were good but the pastries and desserts were amazing . I usually avoid scones because they tend to be dry but their scones were slightly moist and so delicious! The little bites of cheesecake brownies were decadent, and absolutely to die for.

Tea is good, easy to find and plenty of parking, seems popular with events. Food and treats were good. Went for a bridal party and there seemed to be a baby shower and little girls birthday also going on. Only two bathrooms and you get so much tea, they need to get that switched. It was always a several minute wait for bathrooms. Major functions are mostly partitioned off with room dividers but gets loud. Didn’t love the aesthetic but it’s a cute enough spot. Hair kept getting caught in the flowers that hang from the ceiling and I’m short. Dishes were all incredibly cute though, they do a great job with the things that matter most. And good service.

We came from Colorado to have a Bridal Shower here, and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was so beautiful and lovely, the tea was AMAZING, and the food was great. We had several members in our party that had dietary restrictions, gluten allergies, and other allergies. The owners personally made sure that everyone was able to take part in food, drinks, and deserts with no worries. We had a great experience, and are really thankful to Joseph's Tea Room for making this Bridal Shower so memorable.

What a lovely spot! The atmosphere is beautiful and the service was excellent, plus they were able to accommodate gluten free. The chocolate truffle tea was on point

This tea shop offers a beautiful setting for bachelorettes, birthday parties, high teas, and reasons for drinking tea. The huge array of teas are leaf versions and pair with the teapots, china tea cups, and tea party aparrel like gloves and fascinators. Beautiful shop with extremely gracious hostess and owner SHANNON. Beautiful accessible entry with a hot pink welcoming carpet. Accessible venue Indoor accessible tables and 2 outdoor accessible tables under covered roof. There are several regal Chair for feeling like a princess and taking pics. Accessible restroom with 2 grab bars and 2 ft x 2 ft space Accessible

We had an amazing time for my mom’s birthday. Such a fun experience! Don’t forget to add in the price of gratuity and taxes for larger groups. Everyone had such a nice time! Such a unique experience

We took my mom here for her birthday, and it was the perfect choice! I'm someone who relishes extravagance and ~the finer things~ while my mother is more of a practical minimalist, so we were delighted when we found that Joseph's is the perfect mix of the two. I wish there had been more sandwich options as someone who enjoys meat, but not prepared in a salad way, but I ended up ordering the nut butter and pb&j sandwiches, which were very delicious! My mother and I's tea was a bit watery, but my sister's was very good. The deserts were delicious. I will be thinking about the pecan tarts for a long time! Overall, there are a few slight changes I would make, but the food was delicious, the atmosphere was delightful, and the service was lovely. Definitely would go back if the opportunity arose.

I would give more than five stars if I could! So glad my friend recommended Joseph's tea room. Not only did they have vegan and gluten-free options, but the ambiance transports you into another world. Every little detail has been tended to at this small business, local establishment ran by a family. They also host special events (think: Bridgerton parties) so feel free to reach out whether you need an afternoon tea party getaway, or are looking for something more formal with a group. (The salad was so delicious it was gone before I remembered to take a photo... Oops!) Stop by, you won't regret it!
